This project to renovate the Inpatient unit located on 7NE of the Main Hospital Building included reconfiguration of the existing Nurse Station, Playroom, Staff Lounge, and Equipment Room, as well as fi nish upgrades to approximately nine inpatient rooms. Critical to the the client was the continued operation of the unit during the construction period. CMA was instrumental in developing phasing plans that allowed for minimal disruption to the clinical operations.
