Magee Rehabilitation Hospital – Pharmacy Relocation

As part of the ongoing redesign of the third floor of the main hospital, the existing pharmacy needed to be relocated. This allowed for an expansion to meet their growing requirements including a chemo prep room, an IV prep room, and an ante room for gowning. The pharmacy was designed with a completely independent HVAC system and was designed to meet USP 797/800 standards. The finishes were updated to tie in with the renovated patient floor. Wood tones on the pharmacy millwork give the space a warmer feel. High density storage systems were used to maximize storage of pharmaceuticals.
