The design of this 3-story medical office building responds to the organization’s community-based healthcare services. The first floor plan includes intake and counseling spaces, a complete dental clinic,
community meeting spaces and building mechanical areas. Screened patients proceed to the second floor to one of three clinical “pods”. The third floor plan provides space for administrative and medical staff, support space, meeting and lunch rooms, and tech-ed. Innovative methods of integrating sustainable materials and design features are employed throughout. The project is in the process of being certified for LEED Silver.
