CMA completed this 5,600 SF new bio-medical laboratory and office fit out. The project entailed the renovation of two medical office suites for the CNDR’s expansion. The team also designed and constructed a new laboratory with ancillary support spaces such as a Tissue Culture Room, Glasswash/Autoclave area and Cold Room. The office fit out included the construction of a 49 person Conference Room for A/V presentations.
