CMA worked with Wilkie Lexus, the Township and residents to design a state-of-the art new storage, display and car wash facility for the Main Line dealership. Two existing commercial building sites were consolidated into one project area, which faces Lancaster Avenue and backs directly up to a residential area. Storefront elements enable the facility to blend into the streetscape. In addition, elements such as lighting, signage, noise control, exterior landscaping, and storm water management were carefully designed to minimize impact to surrounding properties. The garage includes a state-of-the-art lift system that efficiently stores nearly 300 vehicles on racks that are 4-stories high.
